Court battle over online comments, emails

None

Retired Air Force Col. David Antoon battled his former urologist, Cleveland Clinic surgeon Jihad Kaouk, in court for nearly a decade. In December, the case involving a surgery that left him gravely injured, incontinent and impotent, became one about negative online comments and emails Antoon sent to Kaouk. It was settled July 11 with Antoon pleading to a “minor misdemeanor” of disorderly conduct and agreeing to pay a fine of $100. Antoon is shown in front of the Hunting Valley, Ohio town hall and police station where he was arrested last December.
